Deb's Beach Condos, Panama City Beach FL - Regency 119.... This updated gulf front ground floor 2 bedroom condo is perfect! No carts or elevators; walk from the screened in patio to the pool or beach - or sit on the swing and enjoy the view. Located on the east end grassy area near grills and beach stairs – you can avoid crowds and still enjoy the beach!

Condo highlights:

Ground Floor, walk out condo - not many of them available! Convenience!! Unload your car outside the door; no waiting on elevators. Easy to use private bathroom. Little kids can take naps with you nearby still enjoying the beach! You will LOVE this! We hope you will become one of our regular, repeat guests!

• Master Bedroom with custom King bed and headboard, door to patio, newly renovated ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, wall mounted TV.

• Guest Room has two (2) full size beds across the hall from the renovated guest bath and laundry.

• Large, well equipped kitchen with lots of cabinet space and a large kitchen island with seating. We provide a drip coffee maker as well as a single serve Keurig; basic spices and some coffee to start you off!

• Patio with a sofa and chair to enjoy the view, the sound and smell of the ocean! We also leave a couple chairs and beach items for our guests.

• Our main Living Space has a six seat dining area plus stools at the island; high grain leather dual reclining sofa with matching recliner; extra leather chair w/ottoman; large flat screen TV; also an alcove with a cozy daybed with a trundle.... which can be used as two twins or pull out the slats - place twin mattresses side by side for a king!

• High Speed wireless internet with streaming for TVs

• Full Size stacked washer/dryer;

• Owner Managed; keypad lock for easy access; lots of extra touches for you to enjoy like your second home! Any issues - we address them as quickly as possible!

• We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, liquid hand soap at each sink, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags plus some shampoo, body wash, hand soap for you.

• We do not rent to large groups of unrelated adults under 25; young families or a single couple welcome.

• No pets allowed; No smoking allowed in the condo or near open doors/windows.

• Regency Towers HOA charges a registration fee for wrist bands (up to 8 based on reservation) and up to two parking passes. Inquire thru our website to get a quote - it will show all costs, as well as our cancellation policy.

WRIST BANDS MUST BE WORN BY ALL GUESTS OVER 10 YEARS OF AGE AND MUST BE VISIBLE WHILE ON THE PROPERTY. Security will stop and ask to see them if they are not visible. This is for everyone’s safety and security. Guests visiting you and using the facilities pay daily fee per person for a wristband.

Area Description

We are located 5801 Thomas Drive, near St Andrews State Park, 1/2 mile west of Schooners Restaurant. Marinas are within two miles where you can rent pontoons or jet skis, or charter a fishing excursion.

We are close to restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, fishing, boating and more. Super Walmart and several grocery stores are within 2-3 miles of our complex. You can rent beach chairs or jet skies, or arrange for banana boat or parasailing rides on the beach near Regency. Schooners, known as "the last local beach club" is a short half mile walk down the beach. Several other small restaurants are within a short walk.

This was our first time staying at Regency Towers and we loved it. We came with our family, four adults & two children. The condo was very convenient for us all, especially with the kids. The patio leads right out to the pool area, which with small kids is a huge plus! All of the furnishings in the condo are very nice & mostly updated. The cleanliness of the unit was perfect on our arrival. We really could not have asked for a better place to stay. Even though this is a ground floor unit you can still see the ocean from the patio with a good view. The view is just not like an upper floor unit would be, but that should be expected. As for Regency Towers itself, we had no issues. The pools were very well maintained & not overly crowded. We really enjoyed that they offer family friendly activities throughout the week. The kids enjoyed the inflatable water slides! Needless to say if you are looking for cleanliness, convenience, comfort & a fresh beach look this is the place to stay. The owners are very responsive to any questions you may have as well :) Looking forward to our next visit!

Great Family Vacation by Suzette Austin

My sisters and I go to the beach with our Mom every year. Last year our vacation was full of "issues". This year it was perfect! My mom will be 89 this summer and she loved the screened in porch. Debby's condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. There is lots of cabinet space in the kitchen, lots of closet space and very comfortable furniture. We were able to park close to the door and Mom could walk out the back door, see the beach and us. Debby was extremely easy to work with and my security deposit was refunded the very next day! The room was very nice and clean when we arrived. Beds and linens were also clean. Very nicely decorated. Being on the first floor right outside of the pool made it very convenient for my family of 3 little ones aging 1, 4, and 6. Enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future.

A great big thank you to Debby Renken! My family and I stayed in Regency Towers 119 and enjoyed it more than words can say! If you have any doubts about this unit, let me put your mind at ease. This is prime PCB location. You literally walk out of the screened-in back porch and you are at the pool area. The steps that lead you directly onto the beautiful sandy beach are literally a stone's throw from the porch of 119 as well. It doesn't get any closer to the beach than this.
The condo is neat and clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and quality cookware, NOT the cheap stuff! Bonus points for the fact that you can look out of the sliding glass door and have a beautiful ocean view while you cook!
And for parents worried about their little ones escaping, don't be concerned. There is an additional optional 2 point safety lock on the top of the sliding glass doors as well as an additional safety lock on the front door.
Mrs Renken was just a phone call away for the questions I had, and she is very kind and approachable, as well as prompt and thorough. We literally could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

We loved the place - walk right out door near kiddie pool and adult pool - nice condo clean with everything you need , beds slept great - screened in porch great for early morning coffee - even though ground floor nice view of the beach - saw fireworks two nights down the beach - just a few steps down to beach and the beach is probably the closes of any place we have stayed - workers there friendly and helpful - pics of condo are what they say it is - would love to stay here again

An absolute FANTASTIC week with my family! The condo was beautiful, clean and cozy! Being on the bottom floor def has it's perks! I walk every morning and it was so nice to walk right out the patio and do my laps around the pools. My 9 yr old loved going and sitting on the swings while I did my walk. The staff that was out in the mornings were all friendly and did a great job keeping the pool and pool decks cleaned up. Getting down to the beach was easy and I love how they have the little boardwalk between the pools and the beach. Nice place to go and sit when you don't want to get in the sand. We had fabulous views of the evening sunsets and the boys enjoyed swimming at night with all the pool lights on. Everything was amazingly convenient. The Dollar General is right across the street when you need something quick and the Winn Dixie is less than 3 miles away and wasn't even crowded! Being able to park at the door and unload was a big plus too! I highly recommend trying Barefoot Bar and Grill on the bay side. Oh my goodness! Yummy! And of course Captain Anderson's which has always been a favorite of ours. To say we can't wait to come back is an understatement! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful condo!

This is a perfect condo right on the beach. We loved the screened in porch. It is the closest condo to the pool. It is literally steps to the pool and then the beach. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room. This was the first time for us to stay on the ground floor and it was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back in this condo. Deb made the whole process from reservation to leaving very easy.

Fantastic stay by Dana Cook

This condo is fantastic! We have stayed in lots of different condos in PCB and this is without a doubt my favorite. It is so convenient- no elevators, no waiting. Very nice kitchen and appliances. The porch was so nice- even beach chairs for us to use. We didn’t use the pools but they looked clean. Bikini Bobs had good drinks and food- they even sell bags of ice. Will definitely stay here again- I can’t imagine going back to waiting on elevators and parking across the street in a deck that is hard to get in and out of.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo, ground level so we avoided all long lines for elevators. Condo was exceptionally clean when arriving, check in process was seamless. (I seen a lot of people having issues checking in). Next time we’re in Panama this is our go to spot with this owner. Deb when above and beyond for us during this process. So pleased to stay at Deb's condo once again! Such a relaxing place with easy access from the parking lot straight out to the pool/beach area. Beautifully renovated and nicely decorated. Deb has thought of everything with considerate amenities throughout the condo; beach towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, complimentary snacks, coffee, bath towels, all the cooking utensils you could need and I'm sure I'm forgetting many! We have stayed in this unit multiple times. It is beautifully decorated and furnished, and very convenient. 1st Floor - walk right out to the pools, beach, etc. Beach towels are provided, and there were beach chairs as well. My only negative is not with the condo or Debby (owner - she is great) but with Regency Towers. They do not have enough handicapped parking spaces. One day over the weekend they even had 2 of the handicapped parking spaces blocked off with cones. Again, that is not Debby's fault. We love staying there and will definitely stay again.
